Hello, I'm Teresa de Matos.
I have been a Real Estate Consultant since 2000 and, over more than two decades, I have realized that selling houses has never been, for me, just selling houses.
It is understanding people. It is to create trust. It is to find solutions. It is transforming experience into results.
Along this path, I have been integrating my professional experience in real estate with training in the areas of Sales, Personal Development, Systemic Coaching, Mentoring, NLP, personal and professional training and motivation.
From this union was born a proprietary, practical and sustainable method, built on the ground and designed for people who want to develop a real career in the real estate business.
Because I believe that techniques are learned, but a career is built with much more: strategy, discipline, knowledge, attitude, confidence, humanity and action.
In 2018 I accepted the challenge of joining the 2easy Family and today I am Store Director at 2easy Domus Online, leading a team that grows, conquers territory and, above all, works to make a difference in the lives of those who trust us.
We are present, through our exclusive fundraising, in the Alentejo - Alentejo Coast, Costa Vicentina, Beja, Évora and Portalegre - Algarve, South Bank, Ribatejo, Center and Lisbon.
I live in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém, which allows me to personally and closely develop my work on the Alentejo Coast, Costa Vicentina and surrounding areas.
After so many years I still believe in the same thing:
In real estate, it is not enough to be in the game.
You have to learn how to play it.
And, above all, be prepared to win it without losing who we are along the way. This is what I call the Art of Selling Houses.
